Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Below is our full cancellation policy for all High Adventure Charters and Tours LLC trips and charters. Please read this carefully before booking.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before your scheduled trip will be refunded at 90% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made inside 30 days of your trip date will be forfeited in full as a no-show. No exceptions will be made for late cancellations regardless of reason, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if your plans are subject to change.

Safety is our top priority. If we need to cancel your trip due to unsafe weather conditions, we will first offer you the opportunity to reschedule at a mutually available date. If rescheduling does not fit your plans, we will issue a full refund minus any credit card transaction fees associated with your booking.

In the rare event that a mechanical issue prevents safe operation of the vessel, we will make every effort to reschedule your trip at your convenience. If rescheduling is not an option, we will refund the full cost of your trip.

Passengers who do not arrive at the dock at the scheduled departure time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their deposit in full.

If a passenger arrives at the dock too impaired to safely participate in the trip, the charter will be cancelled for the entire group and no deposits will be refunded. We are a family-based business and hold ourselves and our guests to a standard of safety and respect on the water.

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to departure. All prices are per person and include taxes and fees. Alaska fishing licenses and any required stamps are not included in the charter price and must be purchased separately before arriving at the dock.
